Legal
Terms of service
Effective 2026-09-02. An agreement between you and Tomasz Liptak, Myśliwska 37/37, 30-718 Kraków, Polska, covering the Klutta Android app.
1. What Klutta is, and what it isn't
Klutta helps you catalogue what you put away. The item lists come from AI recognition and from what you type; they are a convenience, not a certified record. Klutta is not an insurance valuation, an appraisal or a legal inventory, and the values you enter are your own figures.
Klutta is an Android app. There is no iPhone, iPad or web version today, and nothing here promises one.
2. Your account
You need an account to save anything, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. One person, one account: do not share sign-in details — share a household instead.
3. What a shared household means
Every member of a household has equal read and write access to its whole catalogue and can edit or delete anything in it, including something you added. Inviting someone gives them that access; only invite people you trust with the spots themselves. Leaving a household ends your access but does not delete the catalogue, which stays with the remaining members. If you are the last member, deleting your account deletes the household and its catalogue with it.
4. What you may not do
- Use Klutta for anything unlawful, or to catalogue anything you have no right to hold.
- Upload photos of people who have not agreed to it, or material that infringes someone else's rights.
- Work around the plan limits, resell access, or automate the app against the recognition service.
- Attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Your content stays yours
Your catalogue and your photos remain yours. You grant Klutta only the permission needed to run the app for you: to store your content, send a spot photo through the recognition step, sync it to the other members of your household, and produce your exports. Nothing more, and nothing for advertising.
6. Plans, purchases and refunds
The free plan covers 10 spots, 15 scans per 30 days, 4 photos per spot and 10 photographed items per household, with the shared household, real-time sync, export and offline reading included.
All purchases are made through Google Play, in your local currency at the price set for your country. Google handles the payment, the receipt, the subscription management and the cancellation — manage or cancel a subscription in your Google Play account, not in Klutta. Refunds follow Google Play's policy and any statutory withdrawal right you have where you live.
If you stop paying, your catalogue stays. Everything you saved remains readable, searchable and exportable. You simply cannot add past the free plan's limits again until you resubscribe.
Plan limits and prices can change. If a change reduces what you already pay for, you will be told in the app before it takes effect.
7. Availability
Klutta is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Reading your catalogue works offline; scanning, saving, editing and deleting need a connection, and the recognition step depends on a third-party service that may be slow or unavailable. Keep your own export if the catalogue matters to you — export is free.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be limited by agreement.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Klutta whenever you like and delete your account from inside the app — see delete your account. Klutta may suspend or end an account that breaks section 4, with notice where it is reasonable to give it. Export your catalogue before you delete anything you want to keep.
10. Changes, law and contact
If these terms change materially, you will be told in the app before the change takes effect. Questions go to team@klutta.app. Privacy is covered separately in the privacy policy.
